Terms of Use

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These Terms govern your use of anbiya.app and the Anbiya - Prophets Stories mobile app (iOS/Android), operated by Deen Labs GmbH.

1. Provider

Deen Labs GmbH, Propsteistraße 3, 65795 Hattersheim am Main, Germany.
Contact: [email protected]

2. Service scope

Anbiya provides digital Prophet stories and related app features, including reading, listening, library management, local child profiles, bedtime listening, optional offline downloads, optional reminders, optional notifications, and related settings.

3. Eligibility and parental responsibility

The app is intended for family use. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising child use and for purchase decisions made on their devices/accounts.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

  • Use the service lawfully and in good faith.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse, disruption, or reverse engineering beyond mandatory legal rights.
  • Do not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit story/audio/image content without permission.

5. Purchases, billing, and refunds

The Full Library is a one-time in-app purchase. You pay once and unlock the complete library; there is no monthly or annual subscription and no recurring charge for it. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not process direct web checkout on anbiya.app.

You can restore a previous purchase at any time in the app (Restore purchases) using the same Apple ID or Google account on a new or reinstalled device. If you paid for Anbiya under an earlier annual or lifetime offer, we grant Full Library access where technically possible.

Billing and refund handling for in-app purchases follow the rules and policies of the relevant app store provider. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Intellectual property

All app content, branding, design, text, audio, and images are protected by intellectual property rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, or adjust features and content. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical reasons, or events outside our reasonable control.

Some updates may be delivered through the app stores or in-app update mechanisms, and continued use of certain versions may depend on technical compatibility, security, or minimum supported version requirements.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where liability is mandatory by law.

For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to typical foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory rights, including consumer rights, remain unaffected.

9. Term and termination

These Terms apply for the duration of your use of the service. We may limit or suspend access where necessary for legal, security, or serious misuse reasons.

10. Governing law and venue

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Consumer dispute information

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Note: The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued.
